Evergreen plants growing on trees and rocks.

These are tropical forms at the southern limit of their distribution,
and the flowers are consequently small and insignificant.

Mat forming epiphytes growing in a mycorrhizal association with specific lichens

Flowers solitary, labellum white.

Distribution - endemic - Three Kings Is., North, South and Stewart Is.

Flowers - October-March - self pollinated

Pseudobulbs large, oblong.
Flowers several labellum orange.

Distribution - endemic - North and South Is.

Flowers - April-June - self pollinating
